We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 1. The date of the Events is considered “booked”upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equaling 50%of the total value of the cake,
   delivery charges and rentals.
2. The final payment is due 28 days prior to the event.
3. The Client will have a grace period of 3 days after the payment due date to pay debt before the contract is cancelled.
4. If the cake is booked 28 days or less before the reception, the deposit will equal 100% of the total cost.
5. If the Client fails to make payments, Sweet Dreams 716 will cease work, the order will be cancelled and no refund given.
6. Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.

1. Sweet Dreams 716 is not responsible for any damage to the cake or shortage of cake caused by anyone not employed by Sweet Dreams 716.
2. Sweet Dreams 716 is not responsible for damage caused by weather in outdoor sites in temperatures above 72F and in high humidity: sweating, water condensation, running colors, melting frosting, sliding decorations.
3. Sweet Dreams 716 will not deliver a cake if payments have not been paid in full.

1. Sweet Dreams 716 is not responsible for any delay or inability to deliver based on accidents, natural disasters, inclement weather, death,
   disputes or strikes or any other circumstances beyond Sweet Dreams 716’s control.
2. If Sweet Dreams 716 has completed the cake but it can’t be delivered due to uncontrollable circumstances the Client will be refunded
   50% of the total cost.
3. If Client picks up the cake, Sweet Dreams 716 no longer assumes responsibility for damage caused to it.

1. The Client must notify Sweet Dreams 716 if there is a change in the date of the event or a complete cancellation.
2. If the postponement notification occurs 14 days or more before the event date, no penalty fee will be charged.
3. If the postponement notification occurs less than 14 days prior to event, the Client will be charged $50 fee.
4. If Sweet Dreams 716 is not able to accommodate the new date, the event will be considered “cancelled” and cancellation policy will apply.
5. If a cancellation occurs 28 days prior to the date of the event, all money will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit.
6. If a cancellation occurs 14 to 27 days prior the date of the event, 25% of the total cost will be refunded.
7. If a cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the date of the event no refund will be given.

1. Any changes to the design and number of servings must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
2. Changes to the cake design may result in total price changes.

1. Sweet Dreams 716 will follow the Client’s requests closely to create the cake desired.
2. Sweet Dreams 716 cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake but will ensure the look is similar

1. Sweet Dreams 716 processes known allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, dairy, corn, gluten, eggs. The Client agrees to notify
   guests of allergen risks and hold Sweet Dreams 716 liable for any allergic reaction.
2. Sweet Dreams 716 cannot prevent cross contamination in common prep areas.

1. One serving size for a wedding cake is 1inches wide X 2 inches long X 4 inches high.
2. One serving size for any other celebration cake is 1.5 inches wide X 2 inches long X 4 inches high.
3. Sweet Dreams 716 is not responsible for a shortage of the cake if the pieces are cut too large.

1. A security deposit in the full amount of replacement cost of a rental item must be provided dated Friday following the event. The check
   will be attached to the contract and returned to the Client on the return of the rentals or deposited for cash the Friday following the event
   if items have not been returned or were damaged.
2. Rental items must be returned within 72 hours of the event.
3. All personally supplied items must be submitted to Sweet Dreams 716 at least 14 days prior to the event.

1. Delivery is mandatory for cakes over 4 inches high.
2. Sweet Dreams 716 requires a time range for delivery of the cake, as provided by the Client. The Client is responsible for confirming this
   time with venue stuffer/wedding coordinator. Cake tables must be set up and ready before the start of this time range. Cakes stands,
   pedestals, risers must also be in place if Sweet Dreams 716 is not the provider.
3. For cakes 4 inches high pick up is available. The Client assumes liability once it passes into the Client’s possession and Sweet Dreams 716
   is not responsible for cake collapse, melting, pokes, etc.
4. The Client is responsible for providing a suitable environment for the cake (away from heaters and direct sunlight, vibrations, people,
   suitable surface, suitable outdoor setting).

1. Sweet Dreams 716 reserves the right to use all photographs of the cake for advertising purposes.
